Night Sweats and Bedding: The Materials That Keep You Dry

Percale cotton is the dependable second. The plain one-over-one-under weave breathes far better than sateen, and around a 300 thread count it balances airflow with durability. It won't match linen's absorption, but it costs less and tolerates hot washing, which matters when sheets get laundered twice a week.
